CD in Capacity Card Wallet FAQs
A CD Card Wallet is a simple CD packaging solution.
A CD wallet (not card) however is a handy compact CD storage device to hold and protect compact discs (CDs) while on the move. It typically resembles a small, flat, rectangular case with a zipper or Velcro closure. Inside the CD wallet, there are individual sleeves or pockets where you can slide in your CDs. These sleeves help keep the CDs organised and prevent them from getting scratched or damaged.
The pressed CDs go directly to an auto printer holding around 6 CDs that each rotate on an arm, where your label artwork is applied by either silk screen or litho onbody printing. Subsequently the discs are transported to the packing area, where they are machine-packed or carefully hand-packed depending on the type of packaging used.

In CD replication, a glass master begins as optically polished glass coated with photoresist. A laser creates pits representing digitised sound in the photoresist, which are then etched to form the final pit structure. Silver is added to help produce the nickel masters in elecrtroforming.
Electroforming replicates this master in nickel to produce a negative (father), which is used to create multiple positives (mothers). These positives, in turn, produce negatives (sons/daughters) used as stampers in the CD moulding process.
