Breed's DVD manufacturing processes include up to 6 colour onbody printing via the professional litho printing and screen-printing methods for all replication orders, and high quality thermal and inkjet printing for duplication orders. All paper and card parts for replication orders are created using the lithographic process for the highest quality finish, on 100% sustainable and ecological paper and card stocks. There are also many print finishes available for all DVD replication orders: eco-friendly, water-based matt & gloss varnishes, gloss & matt lamination, matt and uncoated boards, spot matt/gloss varnishing, bespoke die-cutting, and much more. All paper-part printing for DVD duplication is done via the highest quality digital printing methods available.
