How shall I supply my audio master?

To rmanufacture your audio CDs we’ll need you to supply us with a Red Book pre-master in audio, WAV or AIFF files. You can supply pre-masters in CD or Exabyte format.  Multitrack pre-masters should be supplied disc-at-once as opposed to track-at-once.

For CD Rom replication please supply your master on CDR as a working copy.

The total running time for audio CDs should not exceed 79:59 minutes/seconds, or 700mb total for CD Rom.

How should I supply my artwork?

Please visit our template page to download the template you need, or call us if you're unsure.  Once you have the template, please supply the artwork as PDFs.

The basic requirements for CD manufacture designs are:

Onbodies (disc face): Files to be supplied as CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) or spot (Pantone) colours, at a resolution of 600dpi. The image must not exceed 117mm in diameter with a 25mm centre hole, and must be supplied centred on a 120mm square page. Please ensure no image or text falls outside of the printable area, and that all keylines are removed from the centre hole and outer circumference.

Paperparts: 3mm of bleed is required around outside of all paperparts and no text within 3mm of cutlines or folds on paperparts. All files to be CMYK for paperparts unless Pantones have been agreed, and all files must have all keylines removed.

8+ page booklets should be supplied as printers' pairs (eg. 1 & 8, 2 & 7, 3 & 6).

ALL FILES MUST BE SUPPLIED ON OUR TEMPLATES, IN PDF FORMAT, with all transparencies flattened.  Please supply with text layers unflattened, with all fonts embedded or converted to curves.

If you cannot output to PDF, we can convert other file formats to PDF (.jpg, .tif etc).

You can email or post us a disc of your artwork. FTP details are available on request.

How long until I get my lovely CDs?

All CD replication projects we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days.  This is the normal turnaround time, occasionally things take a bit longer if it is a very complex job or it is peak season (September-December).

You’ll be updated every step of the way so you’ll know exactly what is going on.

When shall I pay that amazingly good price?

Bespoke CD manufacture jobs are much like a tailored suit, only good for the person that has ordered them.  Because of this, each job must be paid for in advance – we accept cheques, cards, BACS transfer or cash.

Credit terms can become available after a successful application.
